What attachment are you using with your 4 wheeler? Looks like a nice set up!
That one is a Summit Plotmaster, unit will disc, seed, and cultipack in one pass. Seeder has a remote pendant that allows you to stop, start, or control seeding rate, and disc angle can be adjusted to control how agressive a cut you want depending on ground condition.
doesnt work well on really hardpacked soil, but does a pretty good job on trails, etc. we usually break up plots with the big tractor first, then follow up with the plotmaster. 4-wheeler struggles to pull it if discing heavy, but unit works well.
i think the same unit was also sold by Land Pride and a few other names.

saw the fellow that listed it was in my home town, when i contacted him found out he was only about 4 blocks from my office.
