Lost these 2 in the past 3 years... Peaches nickname is "Cabbage Head" she's not exactly the sharpest knife in the drawer. Makes it up in kindness.  Every time I'm fishing at their house, she is wading the river right next to me. Mine is too short so he stays on the bank watching us.

Labs are amazing dogs. I had one for only about 18 mos. before he ate some kids toys and died. That dog was nearly human. He could tell what kind of mood I was in when I walked in the door. He understood his place in the family he viewed himself as one of the kids. He didn't know he was a dog. When I see other breeds of dogs I wonder why people bother with them when labs are such great dogs

I have 3 GSP's that are getting on in years. This thread is a good reminder to go and hug them. So sorry for Peach, looks like she has had a good life.
