Has anyone tried the Leupold RX-1000i TBR Compact Rangefinder with DNA? My research says they are made in China. Any opinions on this model? I have a Leica LRF 1200 scan and I want something smaller which could fit in a shirt pocket. I won't be shooting past 500 yards at deer or groundhogs with it.

I really like mine. It ranges out past 1000 on reflective rocks and will give you ground/trees/deer/etc out to 7-800 very consistently. It's small as well.

Lee,
Have you tried it on small objects like a groundhog, rabbit, etc?

Ditto.

It is irrelevant what you think. What matters is the TRUTH.
