This has prolly been asked and answered a million times. Can anyone give me an educated guess on probable velocity for the 69 grain Lapua bullets from a .223 Remington and a 20" tube in a gas gun? Just trying to do some ballistic calcs and not sure what kind of velocity I should expect.

I'd bet you could get velocities around 2,900 ish fairly easy. Lapua shows 3030fps in JBM but most other 68-69 gr factory loads are 2800 to 2900. Just a guess though.
