I'm looking for a combo trap gun for my son, something like a Beretta 682, Browning 725, Cynergy,XT and guns like these. I want an adjustable comb and prefer adjustable pad. 30" O/U barrels and 32"or 34" unsingle barrel. I only have a budget of about $3,000.00. Anybody have anything?

Thank you 35! I am a member there and I'm keeping my eyes on it. You have to be fast on a good deal there.

I have a mint Browning XT with 32 inch barrels and adjustable comb. It is mint in the box. Great wood. I just listed it on Gunbroker. I will sell it outright for $2000 shipped. Check it out. If interested let me know. I can end the auction. Thanks

With a budget of $3000, If you have a bit of time and are patient, you should be able to find a Beretta 682 combo.

Don't shy away from an older gun that has had some use. The two big advantage of the Beretta 680 series over a Browning are:

1)The Beretta 680 series guns are are easy and relatively inexpensive to rebuild.

2)Barrels and stocks are easy to fit to another receiver, quite often they snap on with no fitting at all.
