I have a few Kauffman knives and I just picked up another one. Dave made this back in 1998. He was starting to do his own engraving about this time and this was engraved by him. The wood is epoxy impregnated to withstand use and not shrink or be affected by water. The blade is Stainless and polished to a mirror finish. Dave really made some nice knives, this is one...

We know you better than that Don...in no time flat you'd have branded that leather and done some more grinding on that blade to suit you, then later on in the day you'd be cuttin' up critters with it that you'd killed just minutes earlier. cool
