...one tacticool dealer with a mowhawk, one true hillbilly dealer but he was down to earth and fun to talk to, only one junk guy and lots of guns. Didn't buy a thing other than admission but got to visit with some old friends I haven't seen in years. Was a good day!

Glad you enjoyed it. I've gotten to where I don't even bother going to most of the one's around here. I can only take just so much "tactical" stuff and "homemade beef jerky". The last one I went to, which was advertised as 150 tables, MAY have had 300 guns in the whole place, most of which were brand new.

Nowadays, I really enjoy looking at the old stuff, like old Winchester's and Colts, and also really nice S&W revolvers. And just about ang good custom knife maker. Also enjoy talking to the few old timers that are left. I don't even stop or glance at the "Tacticool" tables which are usually manned by some tin foil type or survivor nut case.
And any day at a gun show beats a day at work all to hell, IMO. Glad you had some fun, Keith.

I went the other way to Pine City. Got a pound of gunpowder, some socks, cheese curds, and joined GOCRA. There are worse ways to spend a Sunday afternoon.

The tech school has one. It's usually a week or 2 after Sioux Falls, which is the weekend closest to valentine's day.
