nice new, pro looking building visible from the road, that will be some nice marketing.
if good work comes out of there (and I'm sure it will) you'll be doubling down on your retirement.
Two things for sale, the biz to someone that desires to be their own boss and the building to someone that wants the RE.

Thank you for the comments. I thought I'd be a smartazz yesterday and save my boots from getting muddy, so I drove onto the lot at the back of the building. Georgia clay that has been ground up by earthmoving equipment and the bigazz forklift into powder about as fine as cement dust gets a little sporty when wet. I thought I was going to have call a friend to drag my truck back to the access road.
