Yeah...I set him up...I set up the rifle...I set up the ammo, hell I even gave him the dial up, and his load shot 10 MOA flatter to boot! Weren't hardly fair at that point! But I'm tryin to make a sideways back-azz-wards point here... As handicapped as he was with a superior load, I still managed to pull it off...it's all about me! No...that's not the point... It's not really about beer...but then it's always about beer! So that's not the point... But seriously though, keeping a new rifle that close around the black at a grand...ain't too shabby! Nothin at all wrong with the 270 at range with a good bullet. It'll stomp all over a 308 in the wind and give the 30-06 a good run for it. Hopefully, he'll read this post some day. It ain't all burritos and strippers my friends...
