The Marlin part number is G2021310-01.

i have a 1974 Marlin 39M Golden Mounty and the weaver base on it is a #90. i thought they used the same as the 39a's. isn't the receivers the same?

I believe he is looking for a Marlin base, not a Weaver base. The #90 is the correct Weaver base though.

This is the actual screw hole spacing. If you have a base that meets those numbers, please let me know. Thank you.
