Absolutely as-new from the back of the safe and will include all accessories; case, strap, and warranty. The box is missing, but it may materialize. The Pentax SP series binc has an outstanding rep here at the 'fire and they have outstanding reviews everywhere on the web too: http://www.optics4birding.com/pentax-dcf-sp-binoculars-review.aspx These are covered under Pentax's 'no fault' warranty. No disappointments here, if not 100% impressed send them back to me on my dime. Snag a bargain at $395 shipped. 1st "I'll take it"....
