We're home for a change and decided to have some fun with the smoker.

Pork Loin, Olathe Sweet Corn, My black beans (Shiny Crow)

Dry rubbed with various ground peppers, cumin, garlic, lemon, and some olive oil.

The rig is really made for doing whole hogs but I've adapted to smoking with it. If I didn't live in fruit country and have a large supply of peach, cherry, and apricot wood it wouldn't work out so well. The cooker uses a fair amount of wood.
