Almost as shocking is the UCLA professor's response...
"Eugene Volokh, a professor at UCLA School of Law, said Monday the policy violates an individual's Second Amendment rights as well as an important New York state statute."

Me too Redneck, that and have fun prosecuting ALL of the cases by yourself!
I suspect the DA will be out of a job soon! Don't know if they are elected or appointed but maybe a recall is in order.

If ALL those who enforce/prosecute anti 2nd amendment laws were banned from possessing defensive firearms and banned from armed security them maybe reality would set in.

"Stupid IS as stupid DOES !" It is with a very heavy heart that I tell our members here that Ron T has left the building. Dale K received a message from Ron's son stating that Ron had sadly passed. I got the chance to meet Ron for breakfast one time at one of the many Campfire get-togethers that always seem to happen. He was very well versed on reloading, black powder, and all things gun related. Personally, this is a big loss, and our little 'Fire world is a lesser place with Ron's passing. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers today.
