Reloader, when I had my 7STW, I shot 7828 and 160 Sierra HPBT.. Lots better combos now..

You are spot on about the need to shoot quickly with out the benefits of range finders or turrets.. One of the reasons I liked the 7mm mags. and .300's so much..

Those 130 Barnes sound interesting in the .300's..

Got a fresh 8lb jug of 7828 to try in her. I've had really good luck with it in many carts.

Local shop has some 33 in stock as well. Might be worth a shot. Been looking for a good excuse to try it since it came out.

Last year I had real good luck with my STW with 160 accubonds and H1000. Both deer fell right where they stood.

Thanks. Gradous recommended 77-80g of H1000 pushing 160s as well, so definitely worth a try. I'm pretty fond of 160 NABs in the RM at 3050-3100, it's worked well for me from big WT, MD, & elk. The added juice in the STW would be nice with that pill. Thinking the LRAB would be pretty slippery in this cart as well.

79gr H1000 under a Hornady bonded 154. 700 with factory 7RM tube that was punched. 3 Roosevelts so far.
