To be really successful they need to use a Canadian brain.

I just read this, and, if feasible, think it shows just how advanced a level that medical technology has progressed to. What do you guys think? First Human Head Transplant One fall day in 1974, when he was 9, Sergio Canavero visited his regular newsstand on a bustling street in Turin, Italy, to buy a comic book. Yada-yada-yada... “It is demented.” Bull-[bleep].

I have nothing against them trying it as long as everyone involved is agreeable, but I have to wonder how they asked the brain dead man. I just wish they could fix my sciatic nerve. Seems simple enough as MRI's say that it is pinched where it comes out of the spinal column, but it has been 2 years of different things and still Pain shots and pills are all that have helped, and it is limited. The operation did nothing, neither helped nor hurt. Shots in the back do help, but do not last long. Last one before the one yesterday lasted the longest, so we shall see how this one goes. miles

Hello Miles, they aren't hitting you with cortisone are they? I have no idea what all has been injected into my back. I do know they have tried different joints trying to solve the problem, with limited success. I still do about anything that I want with the aid of a cane, and lots more time to get it done. Sleeping is where the hard part starts. Can't find a position that is comfortable more than a few minutes. Not really sure why prone is such a problem. Makes no difference if on my side, back or front. Thought an inversion table might help, but it is very little if at all. Thought a recliner might be the ticket but it is worse than the bed. miles
