The work was done by Tom Burgess; I got the barrel from ChetAF, who posted a thread on his rifle here, which was changed to a 30-06 (IIRC) and stocked by D'Arcy Echols.

The 7 Rem Mag is over bore.

EdM Campfire 'Bwana E Joined: Nov 2002 Posts: 33,686 Either Texas or Idaho	Very nice rifle. I think that the cut made on the left side of the action is sharp. Jim Wisner metaled my Swede based 7x57 giving it the G33/40 cuts. Conduct is the best proof of character.
