Looking forward to hunting season but I have a question. If I shoot a buck, but I only have a doe-tag, can I claim that the buck wasn’t really a buck? Maybe he had always wanted to be a doe, but with no choice of his own he was born with the physical attributes of a male. On the inside he’d always known he was truly a female. I’m just wondering if the game warden will buy it because some of society and the Supreme Court do.

Just put some lipstick and high heels on him. Should work.

I don't know, but Tuesday morning I'll awaken feeling like a judge that day, I'll go to town, stomp into the courthouse screaming for my robe and gavel, i should be recovered from the dog bites, billy club swats to the head, mace and taser strikes by supper or so.

I'll let you know how that little campaign turns out when I'm out of the hospital then jail.

Game warden in Blanco county caught a preacher out of San Antonio about 20 years ago that had done just that! But he was making a movie! In a highway turn out/ driveway. Believe it was on FM 1888 just west of Blanco.

It is my understanding the perp had also deployed a suspender belt and fishnet hose!

But it is also my understanding the deer was a doe. So I suppose it doesn't classify as transgender.

I shot a eunuch mule deer once. Never thought to put my doe tag on the antlered deer with no nuts or Hooha.

I think you could shoot and tag the one in front with the doe tag.

Just noticed there is a fox watchin the "funny" deer.

Had a friend kill a 9 pt. whitetail doe.

It had a nice rack, and the rack was slick.

I doubt it had it's own bathroom though, and in Texas there's no confusion. It's either "antlered or antlerless".

The game wardens I have met have a great sense of humor right up to when you do something wrong. Colorado also states antlered or antlerless.

I don't think deer really do the politics thing, and don't wear pants anyway, so whatever is already out there. Probably a lot of us who are glad we don't have to wait for the rut.

The way to make some money due you, is to feel that you are a female Indian. Then go to the tribes and sue for the casino checks that you haven't been getting.

I think if you surgically alter the buck you could hang a doe tag on it. That is every transgender deer's wildest hopes.
