The three NotVA counties are beltway .gov-rats. Two of the four in the center are UVA dominated; the other two supermajority black. Black supermajorities in at least seven of those other counties, with the Richmond universities being a huge impact on two more. Otherwise fine states and fine people are $hit upon by the urban, entitled, gimmee residents.

It's easy to lump all CA res. into one pot, it just ain't correct. that's why I try to give fellers like coyote268, salmonella, and others the benefit.

They ain't part of the problem and do what they can. They're just outnumbered.
