New in box should be being sold by an FFL. Once it is sold to an individual whether fired or not, the best you can get is as new in box.Just my thought. When did this change from a SCOPE SALE to a firearm sale? LOL Next folks won't sell their optics to California or NY....lol

When someone describes something they are selling as "New in Box", what would you expect to receive if you purchased this item?
I would expect the new product to be new in its original box, with all the accessories and paperwork included, as they came from the factory. Am I wrong for thinking this?
