I loaded a 123 scenar bullet last year at 3400fps and didn't get exit. He hunts places that needs blood trails if not DRT. What bullets have yall shot that will hold up and exit in the 120-130 range? Thanks

same response to the same question you asked in the other sub-forum: 120 / 127gr TTSX 125gr Partition
If going lead core, I would opt for heavier bullets out of that cartridge. Think 140gr Partition, Accubond, etc.

I shoot a 140 Nosler ballistic tip in mine. All I shoot are small Texas whitetails and pigs. The Accubonds shoot really well also. I would use it or the Partition for heavier game. I have several boxes of Barnes 120 TTSX , but haven't had time to try them. I use 869 powder with Federal mag match powders.
