I'm looking for a range finder in the sub 200 dollar price range that I can use for the following.

Mid range long range shooting up to 600 yards.
Archery on deer up to 60 yards.
Ranging of small animals like crows and woodchucks...as far as I can shoot them.

how far away can a range finder range a crow or woodchuck?

I have a modest rangefinder that works good enough for me. It's a refurbished Nikon Monarch 800. I think it was $160 off fleabay.

With small targets like your woodchuck or crow, you range a nearby hill or tree.

All of them do something better than the 30-06, but none of them do everything as well.

The Leupold RX-850i can be found for around $225. I've had my eye on one for a while but haven't pulled the trigger yet.

Has anyone used the new Sig Kilo 850 yet. Seen some good reviews and it seems a steel at Cabela's price of $149.

Kenjs1,
I've got one, I just haven't had the chance to take it out in the real world and give it a comparison to an older Leica that I have. Hopefully, I'll get to do that this weekend.
There's a Sig Kilo 850 thread that has a link to a sight were a few guys have tried it out.
Main negative is it's only 4x vs 6 or more for others.
The one test I've done is to range down the alley to a known distance (103 yards). Nails it every time whether first light or high noon.

Here's a closeout, over your budget, but maybe worth it:
