Might explain the huge non compliance with the Safe Act that the media doesn't want to talk about. 40,000 guns registered out of the 2-4 million they estimated were in the state. This bullchit legislation has been ineffective, unenforcable and they have been unable to get the ammo background check system up after three years. Wonder how much our broke state has spent on it.

Bravo ! Most local county sheriffs in NYS have come out against the Safe Act. Our State government is the most corrupt in the nation. The only good thing about a HRC presidency, and I mean the only thing, is that we will probably get rid of our rotten Gov. Cuomo, as he will probably head to DC before he gets indicted here.
