I wonder if the Obamas will move back to Chicago after Sasha finishes high school at Sidwell Friends. Not aimed at you 260, but who gives a sweet f&%k what they do. Let's be done with them. My unstated point was that I wondered if an elite black family, the Obamas, would move back to the city that they came from, even though it is, statistically speaking, a dangerous place for black people because of black on black crime. Chicago has historically been a cesspool of corruption rivaling new jersey and louisiana. A smart strong Atty. Gen
could begin a shift w/in DOJ that could make political corruption costly and public.
Unfortunately, enacting reforms would require support and diligence from congress, a body that becomes more corrupt daily. Endemic corruption is one of the definers of a 3rd world country.
I hope Sessions grabs them by the pussy and that Trump publicly exposes congressional level thieves.

I wonder what the stats say when you compare those who routinely break the law and those who do not...and what the ethic composition of those two groups would be. I have my own suspicions. IIRC, something over 80% of the victims were on the CPD radar, due to gang associations, drug use, lifestyle, or whatever.
