Does genocide occur when the prospective recipients are heavily armed? I didn't think so.

Yep, Even a hundred years ago many blacks there were amazed when carriages would come through. Their heads would swing around and around, memorized, following with their eyes some point on the wheels as they went by.

Of all the frustrating events in African history, which are countless and usually due to internal forces with a few exceptions, the recent influences of the USSR and Cuban and now the massive exploitation by China, are vastly troubling to me. The idea that progress is coming to Africa does not impress me. Hell, I have been there.
