I could like bobbing the bbl to 20" and reboring to .358 at 6.5lbs.


Besides the 2" shorter barrel, I think the barrel contour is slimmer as well.

I also own the same rifles, Ruger Hawkeyes, matt stainless, synthetic stock, 22" barrels, 35 Whelen, 30-06 and 280 Rem., so comparing them all, it looks to me like the Ultra Light has a slimmer barrel.
