YIKES!!! eek

This is new and not altogether fun. My first gout bout came a week ago, and the meds aren't doing wonders.

How do those here who get it get rid of it? I've changed my diet, but carbs aren't a smart option. My glucose is a bit elevated---pre-diabetic.

I'm all ears ( and a big red foot).
