A frightening scenario to me, is while we are in the midst of a major civil disruption, whatever form that may take ( everything from armed insurrection to a Balkan split by legal means)...one can't help but wonder what Red China will do. Will they sit on their hands, waiting for us to get our act together? I would imagine that they just salivate at the prospect of massive civil unrest and insurrection. Will they volunteer to the UN to take over key US industries, "just until order is restored"?
