In many states and precincts there was no transparency and no independent over sight. We only have the word of the primary party about just who was and is the winners. It's like claiming your girlfriend is hot but not providing any proof. With that in mind you can claim who ever you want to be the winner. It appears the democrats have done just that. They can claim who ever they want to be the victor and where is the oversight to confirm it actually happened that way ?? There is none.
