Good news! It’s established the kid had a gun. That’s gonna make it easier on that Cop who already has enough to deal with.

Edited in to add 2:30am, police responding to shots fired. 21yo Ruben Roman caught on video firing at passing car, evidently hands gun off to Toledo (maybe the kid was running to ditch the weapon, he did toss it behind the fence).
