I suspect the Sharpie-marked primer signifies 1 round out of 100 that is not perfect and is to be utilized as a fouler ?

The rifle has a 1:30" twist.
The 530-gr bullet is 0.512" in diameter and is 1.130" in length.
Accuracy testing will be very interesting.
