The very slightly smaller capacity of the LC brass doesn't really mean squat and I find LC to be pretty good brass, all in all. Of course you can opt for the Norma brass so you can stretch those primer pockets more easily! I do think 4350 (of any variety) is a little slow for 150's but, if you can get around 60 grains into the case, it will produce good velocity. 4451 would be another slowish powder which should work well.
