If you order this engine with the 10L80 10 speed transmission you would really have a winner IMO... my son has the 10 speed in his 2021 Sierra with the 5.3 and it is a great set up. With the available additional gearing they can more easily match the driving load to the available power band and it results in a feeling of more power at all rpms, and a smoother transition between gears.. should be even better with this 3.0 diesel...
