Love diesels. Nothing like them.
Electronic fuel management has been a great thing,
and the manufacturers have done a good job on the reliability of it.
But, the emissions control have reduced performance, decreased mpg,
and hugely affected reliability and cost.
Bought my truck as a personal vehicle that can tow or haul anything
I might want to. Today, I would buy gas unless I was going to frewuently pull
the kind of loads that few ever pull.
