I have an H&R M1 and it’s a 52 receiver with a 54 barrel. It shoots 175 Rdf, 178 eld’s very will with 46.4gr h4895. It will not shoot 168 Hornady’s worth a chit. I think the ol girl needs a new barrel. I shoot it at the occasional vintage rifle matches.
