The Catholic church is a joke. Letting Piglosi and Biden take communion is against their own principles. The Protestant denominations aren't much better.
Every Protestant church I've ever been in doesn't control who takes it as long as they profess to be a Christian. Whether they are or not or whether they're taking it in a worthy manner is between them and God, not between them and the church.
