I picked up a new Robinson Arms XCR-L in 7.62 x 39. Do you think that would be enough? I am ordering the 5.56 barrel conversion for it as well. I like this idea of one gun two cals. Am going to try out my Falcon 1.5 x 5 scope, and maybe my propoint red dot. Decided I am going to bring my 44 puma, and my Shiloh.
As I am going to be down in the south western states in late March, doing a "walkabout", do you think I should add a shotgun of some sorts? Am not really proficient with one, but was wondering about "protection" when around the fifth wheel.
