Is this Ricks an important thing to know or a inside joke?
It's a tittie bar in San Antone. I got drug in there last time I was down there by a bunch of Chicagoland cops who were attending the same conference I was.
It was kinda funny how we ended up there. We were driving around downtown trying to find this peeler bar some of the other guys had been at, but couldn't find it. Then we came upon a couple of cruisers with their light bars all lit up and four San Antone cops in the middle of a double felony arrest. So we pull up behind (we're all in civvies, mind you), one of the guys hops out and flashes his tin, and the 4 San Antone cops immediately stopped what they were doing and got into a 4-way 10-minute argument over what was the best tittie bar in town, while the two felons lay cuffed on their bellies. It was pretty funny, actually.
Anyways, they sent us to Rick's. As the ZZTop song goes, "they got a lotta nice girls there". The beer is pretty spendy, though...
