Competition BBQ is all about the 6 judges you pull and whether those 6 judges like your turn-in. I've had six hate my stuff whereas the next 6 (all different) love it. Luck of the draw. Nice part about an event like yours is everybody tries it all and bases an opinion towards all the cooks. I realize there is no judging there BUT I'm confident all cooks will all be first class and worthy of any MIM or KCBS judge standards--Likely BETTER!!
