Bob;

They lay eggs under your skin, and the larvae do come out like tiny little maggots.

Two choices:

1) Scrub the affected areas and WELL above, below, and around them 'til you're raw, and then douse with straight bleach or turpentine; or,

2) Go get the affected areas, and WELL around them hot waxed, but have them leave the wax on extra long to suffocate the buggers.

Or, wait for everything to hatch, and start the cycle over...
