Another Griffin and Howe 20" Carbine, with a barrel date of 1936, cal. 30 Gov't 06. Old Weaver K-2.5 still gets the job done. Stocked by Al Biesen. It loves anything from 110 to 180 gr.
The Mule Deer on the left was shot with this gun. One shot @ 425 yds, and then a follow up @ 400 yds. The bullets formed a 2.5" group smack dab in middle of the lungs (150gr Sierra @ 2750 fps). The Rifleman's Rifle This one was my Uncles, then my Dad's, and now mine for the last 20 or so years.
