Allen, how dare you suggest that a prospective buyer go out and educated himself on the scopes you are selling...how dare you suggest they find out what they might cost.
Heaven forbid they offer you $50 on a $250 scope or $250 on a $50 scope.....

The issue is whether items for sale here are to be listed with an asking price or in an arrangment that in effect works like a sealed bid auction. In the past, the latter has not been the norm or even a prominent exception! That is the issue at hand and it is still an open question, your snide 'input' to the contrary.

Not that Allen needs any assistance, but I believe he's already listed these in a previous Thread with Prices and is now just accepting offers. Having dealt with Allen in the past, I can absolutely vouch for his integrity so no need to blast him, just look at his other post, which I believe he recently brought to the top for reference...

I just asked for a price on the Burris Signature Select 3X12X44 Matte with Ballistic Plex reticle and Posi-Loc and received no reply so I guess if you don't make an offer he is not interested.
At this point I am not interested either anymore.
