I purchased a used pair of ranger shooting glasses from a member here on the classifieds. I broke the temple spring, contacted Randolph told them they were used and what happened. They told me to send them in and they would fix them and let me know if they weren't covered under warranty what the cost would be. Fair enough. Got them back in a week, with new frames, cleaned lens and a cleaning cloth. No charge. I am more than impressed with that kind of customer service. I am a Randolph user for life and recommend them to anyone needing good shooting glasses.

I like mine a lot, the ear pieces sometimes bite into me a bit when wearing them with Peltors but that's the nature of the beast I guess.
