looking for a 38-55 barrel and a 38-55 cartridge guide, or just the cart guide.

I have an extra 38-55 cartridge guide , I just bought two from Mike and I'm pretty sure I've got the first one working right.
If you can be patient for me to be sure of it working, I can send you the other one.

You might look at sending a smaller caliber barrel to JES and having him rebore and chamber it to 38-55. Just a thought. Not sure how things work about sending barrels back and forth across the border these days but when sending barrels to OZ "steel tubing" always worked.  http://35caliber.com/
