Ok i think it’s time for the daughter to go back to college. If not I’m going to need that bariatric surgery. Another breakfast scramble soft taco topped with Tilamook sharp cheddar cheese and Tapatio. And for the topper? Snickerdoodles. She was up at 5am to beat the heat to make snickerdoodles. Oven roasted, skin on, bone in chicken thighs.
Seasoned liberally with my wife's Cajun spice rub, 325* fan forced for 1 hour to reach 165*.
Soft taco, picked meat & crunchy skin, avocado, diced jalapeno & red sweet pepper.
Nice with a glass of chardonnay & the piece & quiet of the back deck.
