Some kind of cajun flavored sausage the wife pan fried. Those are pan drippings and juice from the sausage. From that sausage maker I posted about before.

Yup, Good ol' fashion meat and mac with a simple salad.

Sorta tongue in cheek my friend. Basically its moms' meatloaf in a large baking pan with a more than generous amount of veggies scattered around the loaf similar to a beef roast presentation . Sky's the limit on vegetable choice. Don't forget to make a thick brown gravy with all the wonderful juices.

Formal attire optional wink

Onion powder, minced garlic, paprika, fresh rosemary. Nothing special Ed just a working mans meatloaf to your liking. For us it's the veggies that make the dish. Celery salt too.
