Burgers, on the Weber grill on the deck, pan fried spuds.
Simple meal for simple folks.

Thanks, 99.

I love seafood but don't have a lot of experience with it.

Those suckers look good with a little char. And anything that can be made in mass and frozen is good.

I've saved that recipe.

Last night was beef stroganoff with basmati rice !

Just reheated some for lunch - Mmmmm

Tonight, roast chicken legs & thighs (marylands) & roasted sweet potato, buttered peas & corn.

Chicken and Pastina soup and a big ol chunk of Sourdough.

I'd never had Kale or those little tiny pasta before.

It was delicious!

I used this recipe cut in half.

We did the corned beef a couple of nights back.

Tonight, rouladen, German noodles, red cabbage, creamed corn, and berries for dessert.

Root Beer Ribs. I took a baby back rib rack and seasoned it with cajun season, paprika and garlic powder on both sides, layed it down in my big oval slow cooker, poured 2 cans Barq's Root Beer and let it cook for 4 hours, poured off the Root Beer, added some BBQ sauce, cooked it another 30 min. It came out very tender and tasty.
