We've been trying to eat healthy lately but I said to hell with it. I thawed out a chunk of deer loin. Sliced it up thick and pounded it thin with a meat mallet. seasoned, floured, fried in a skillet in bacon fat.baked some biscuits and made a milk gravy, green beans. Darn good meal. sounds healthy to me!

Any nice place with a menu that starts with bang bang shrimp gets my serious attention. Sounds like a damn nice place.
