The secret is 3 tablespoons of minced garlic and it's all fried in pure hawg lard. I utilize a lot of lard.

Damn it was delicious as usual!!!

That looks like it would be good next to a couple of fried eggs for breakfast but I'd eat it any time of day....or night.

Thanks compadres! It is one of my most favorite meals! Especially at the cabin or in hunting camp! Easy too!!! I could eat it ever day!

And when done is sure makes that cast iron look purty !

Possibly! wink. Wifey is one with heart issues.

I have no heart! laugh

I worked with a gal who's first nursing job was with the county. She went out in the country checking on old folks health and welfare. She said the hardest part of her job was trying to convince 86 year ofld women that they could not be feeding their 92 year old husband's bacon and eggs every morning for breakfast! It was not healthy! LOL!

#1 drug in the US! Most know it by Lipitor. I'm on it too. Better living through chemistry. Now...where's the bacon?!

Beef Stroganoff with wide egg noodles and it was great!!

Used a remaining tenderloin tail. Lots of mushrooms of all types.

Ed, had a BLT and tomato soup last night. Tomato soup and any simple sandwich is my fav!!
