Went in today to get new hearing aid batteries and every one was talking about this "tikka" virus. I currently have savageitess which requires a new (to me) 99 or super sporter every couple of months just to feel reasonable. I can't afford a Tikka virus.Is there a homeopathic medicine available? I really don't like those synthetic products.

I know little of Tikkas other than it's a subsidiary of Sako. I can tell you that Sako, especially the AV version, is one accurate rifle. While you'll only need one, you'll want a whole lot more.
I have handled a Sako 85. It appeared to be an exquisitely crafted rifle, but exceptionally heavy.
