The Royal Navy has been reduced, I believe, to its smallest size since Henry VIII was King. Something like 6 Type 45 destroyers, 6 Type 23 frigates, 7 attack subs, 4 Trident subs and 2 carriers.

The Royal Navy has been reduced, I believe, to its smallest size since Henry VIII was King. Something like 6 Type 45 destroyers, 6 Type 23 frigates, 7 attack subs, 4 Trident subs and 2 carriers. Yeah but they get free healthcare...while they mooch off our military.

Which probably has 1000x the fire power of the combined US naval forces of WWll. I highly doubt that Great Britain entertains the idea of invading Russia or China the way we do. 😉

They sold their last 2 carriers for scrap - one in 2012 and one in 2016. They do, however, have 2 more carriers under construction and they look totally awesome on PowerPoint. I'm about 100% positive Great Britain doesn't entertain the idea of invading anyone because they're barely able to defend their front lawn at this point in their history.

The Queen should invite the Russian navy to make port and let their sailors spend some money on shore leave. That would piss off Obama/Hillary/neocons.
